I have a background in computer science and tech policy, and work on building European AI.

I co-authored Europe 2031, a scenario piece about what Europe's increasing dependence on American AI means for the continent. Recently published as a book in the Netherlands: Als Europa Verliest.

I also co-authored the AI Delta Plan, the Netherlands’ national AI strategy, incorporated into the government’s 2026–2030 coalition agreement.
